I want to make a return?

You have 15 days from receiving your item(s) to return your order by contacting us, via our e-mail help@myvoteo.com. Buyer pays return shipping fee. Please provide us with your order number and proof that the items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging (provide photos, videos). This process can take up to 3-20 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. 

I received incorrect items in my order, what should i do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact us page. please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the products you received. You have 15 days from receiving your order to return it.

My item arrived damaged, what should i do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our e-mail help@myvoteo.com. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s. You have 15 days from receiving your order to return it.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should i do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Voteo will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should i do?

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact us page

How can i check the status of my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. you can track the progress of your order directly on your Voteo tracking page.
